These Terms of Service (the "Terms") describe the rules that govern your access to the VELMONT CHRONO website, use of our services, and purchase of products from our store. By visiting the website or placing an order with VELMONT CHRONO ("Velmont Chrono", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept these Terms together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement").

Velmont Chrono works with a group of sourcing, fulfillment, and logistics partners. Based on product availability, warehouse location, and the delivery route selected for your order, items may be shipped from the United States or one of our international fulfillment facilities.

Electronic Communications and Signatures

By completing a purchase with us, you agree to receive contracts, notices, records, and related communications electronically. Online actions, including electronic acceptance, may form a binding agreement under the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act).

Order Review and Approval

We may approve, restrict, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably required. This can occur in cases involving suspected fraud or abuse, inaccurate pricing or product details, inventory shortages, fulfillment limitations, or other supply and operational concerns.

Ownership and Risk of Loss

Ownership of purchased items and responsibility for loss pass to the customer when the package is delivered to the shipping address supplied at checkout. Delays resulting from carriers, customs reviews, border processes, or comparable third-party events are beyond our direct control and do not automatically make an order eligible for a refund. Where possible, we will help trace or investigate delayed packages.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information and comply with the policies governing their purchase. If return, refund, or support processes are clearly or repeatedly abused, we may decline future service where appropriate.

Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and remains subject to the Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Agreement referenced above.
